Sorel Major Moto Boots.  Warm and sturdy boots for travel.  I’ll be in Czech over the holidays and I need some boots that can handle rain, sleet, snow, mud, and cobblestone streets.  I’m thinking these may be the ones!  Oh, and they’re 30% off right now at anthro!

GLAMGLOW GLOWSTARTER Mega Illuminating Moisturizer.  Wandering around Sephora recently a sales gal showed me this gem.  She gave me a sample to take home and I was hooked.  I ordered some the following week.  It is super moisturizing and gives the perfect amount of glow to brighten the complexion during these colder months.

Colette D’Orsay Pumps in Leopard Calf Hair.  The cut of these shoes is amazing, and the heel height is perfect for longer wear — like when you actually have to walk farther than from the cab to your table.  And if you hurry, they’re on 30% off right now!

‘Andra’ Crystal Choker.  I wore a necklace very similar to this to my husband’s company Christmas Party last weekend and received tons of compliments on it. I honestly like this one better!

Needle & Thread Sequin Floral Blouse.  How amazing is the detailing on this top!? The girly floral print and in sequins is perfect! You could wear this all holiday season and then right into spring! I’m obsessed.

audrey dress 3 ways

I love a dress that I can take from my kid’s games, to lunch dates with the girls, to date nights with the husband! The audrey dress has quickly become that dress in my closet.

Game Day.

Pair it with your favorite tennies and  ball cap and you’ll look amazingly put together, but the secret is- you will be the most comfortable one there!

Lunch Date.

…or donut date 😉  Throw on some booties and a scarf or cute sandals {depending on the season}

Night Out.

All you need is a statement necklace, bold lip, and a great pair of shoes! Maybe one of our favorite holiday shoes!

holiday shoes under $100 & splurge

Hi, our names are Aj & Ashley and we have a problem:

Shoes.

We love shoes.

I’ve rounded up some of our holiday time favorites- in two batches.

The first, a round up of shoes that Ash and I own. Between us both we own most all of these shoes, some in multiples- and there’s a reason. They are our favorites. Yes, they are expensive- but, I will say I used to be the gal that had 7 pairs of “black pumps”, none of which I really liked, they didn’t last, and they were all incredibly uncomfortable. Now, if I had instead invested in one pair of quality black pumps- I would have spent the same amount, they last longer, they are more comfortable, and let’s be honest- I just like them better! So, that is my strategy now. I sometimes will buy a fun, inexpensive pair – but most of my shoes I invest in and replace multiple pairs of shoes in my closet that I then won’t wear.  Screen Shot 2016-12-07 at 2.13.32 PM.png

Stuart Weitzman ‘Halftime’.  Stylish and comfy and ON SALE!  I’m partial to the ‘slate suede’ color available here and also on sale for 40% off!!

Merona Women’s Blanket Scarf.  I have been getting a TON of wear out of my blanket scarves this fall.  One of my faves is this simple black and white one I picked up at Target a few months back.

Sweater Leggings.  Simply the best leggings for fall/winter.  Not only are they warm and cozy, but they have a tummy control waist that comes up higher than most leggings.  Love, love, love the high wast!

H&M Sequin Top. You’ve probably gathered by now, I love sequins. This top is no exception. Dress it up, dress it down- either way, you and I both need it!

Steve Madden Strappy Heel. These are a perfect holiday shoe- velvet, gold, and under $100! Nordstrom is currently price matching, so these are on sale for $69. Go snag them now before they sell out! They would be perfect for all of the holiday gatherings this season.

Target Holiday Sweater. Let’s be honest- is there anything Target can’t do!? Amazing holiday sweater for $29. I saw Ash wear this one when I was in San Fran with her last weekend, and then our mom wore the reindeer one- which Ash then went and bought- now I think I’m needing one!

I flew up to San Francisco this weekend to see Ash, and for the CIM marathon on Sunday! So, in true sister fashion- we went shopping today!

When it comes to the holidays we are all thinking about the people on our Christmas list and what to give them; however, are we thinking about all of those people who are not able to check off their list of even basic needs?
