Tom’s lemon espadrilles.  YASS!!!  I cannot get enough lemons, and these lemon-printed espadrilles are too cute!

Free People mini dress.  Perfect for sipping margs by the pool.  Love the crisp white and feminine embroidery.

Sugar tinted lip treatments.  So many colors to choose from!  And I’ve pretty much bought them all.  I love these tinted lip balms any time of year

Aj’s obsessions

Lace Blouse. The detailing on this top, and for only $60 is amazing. It looks way more expensive than it really is.

Adult-ish Track tee. I love baseball and track tees. They add a little extra something to a basic t-shirt and keep me from looking like I am wearing the same thing every day!

Woodstock Maxi dress. Yes, it is pricey – but wow is it pretty! I am picky about maxi dresses because I don’t want to end up looking frumpy- this one is far from frumpy.

We’ve been wearing these pieces for a couple weeks now and couldn’t be happier with how they turned out!  We fell in love with the feminine detail and versatility of the ‘isla‘, ‘lacey‘, and ‘flora‘.  Whether you’re throwing them on over a tee and cutoffs, or taking them poolside as a coverup, these will be your go-to summer pieces.

father’s day gift guide: new dad

Father’s Day is less than 2 weeks away, and it’s a big one for our little family because it’s my hubby’s first!  I won’t tell exactly what I got him yet just yet (in case he reads this), but here are some of my top picks!

Tree and Acorn outfit set.  The acorn doesn’t fall far from the tree!  I love this outfit set because the colors are neutral and each design is cute on its own.

Classic Messenger Bag.  My guy already has a murse aka european carryall that he totes around fairly regularly, and Father’s Day is a solid excuse to get him an upgrade.  And a couple weeks ago I turned his murse into a ‘daddy tote’ with the ToteSavvy– because why should moms have all the fun toting around a heavy diaper bag? 😉

I Heart Daddy pacifiers.  We’ve got both the ‘Mommy’ and ‘Daddy’ editions of these pacifiers and they definitely warm your heart.

Digital photo frame.  A digital frame for the office cubical is a great way for a new dad to show off all of the pics ya’ll have been taking.  There are sooo many options these days too– digital frames come in a wide variety of sizes and prices.

ToteSavvy.  I bought two of the full size ToteSavvy, one for myself and one for the hubs.  It turns any bag into a diaper bag.  I got one for my guy’s messenger bag and it’s perfect!

Papa Bear mug.  We live in California, so we see this bear silhouette all over the place – but the ‘papa bear‘ makes it absolutely adorable.

Father’s Day Gift onesie.  What better way to subtly remind him that you did all the work for 9+ months?  LOL

Baby Daddy tee.  Who’s your baby daddy?  This guy.

Urban Shoulder Bag.  Another take on the messenger bag for the urban hip and sporty guys.

Personalized book.  A fun book to add to the bedtime story rotation.

Suede jacket.  I have this jacket in green and LOVE IT.  I’m thinking I may need it in multiple colors…

Lace blouse.  Beautiful lace blouse!  And less than $80!!  I want to pair it with the suede jacket right now.

Studded sandal.  The block heel for comfort, and the studded straps for style!  Yass!  The neutral color goes with everything… and I’d also pair it with the lace blouse, suede jacket, and some ripped boyfriend jeans.

 

Aj’s obsessions

Women’s sunburst dress. Oh how I wish I could fit in to this right now! This dress is gorgeous. We all need it for summer.

Metallic sneakers.  My love for all things metallic, rose gold, and comfy just hit the jackpot. I will definitely be ordering these today!

Open weave straw hat. There is nothing better than a great hat to conceal wet pool hair or day 4 of dry shampoo! I’m loving the extra bit of detailing on this one.

Asos mini dress. Love the yellow color!  So bright and cheery!

Lemon romper. Again, I love me some lemons… and how cute is this romper!?!

Parisian trench coat. The color of this lightweight trench is so sweet and perfect for spring and summer.  And for such a great price!

Zimmermann Striped Bikini. I love Zimmermann swimsuits and this bikini is no exception.  So girly but with and edge because of the straps!

Chelsea28 Tiered Blouson Dress. Pretty, summer, girly dress! Wear it with sandals for a casual beach look or dress it up with some heels. Love a dress that can go day to night.

Zella High Waist Crop Leggings. High waist and cute detailing- SOLD! Plus, you know Zella brand always fits perfectly and is super comfy.
